Repairing a circuit board in our shop You just found out you have a bad control board? Many new circuit boards now cost over $200. Some are even over $800. Chances are all that's wrong with your old board is a bad $5 relay. Why spend $200+ on a new board when we may be able to repair your old board for around $50 plus parts and give it the same 1-year warranty as a new board.

3. Upon receipt of the board, we will test and analyze it for FREE. If we cannot do the repair, there's no cost to you. At this time WE CANNOT REPAIR WATER OR FIRE-DAMAGED BOARDS, SO PLEASE DO NOT SEND THOSE TO US.

Our repair shop uses the latest equipment for repairing your board. Boards are normally repaired in a couple business days. We keep a wide variety of parts in stock, but in some cases we may need to order parts which could delay repairs up to 10 days. We will notify you of any delays.

Stuff to Know

The customer understands that their board will be tested and analyzed for free. If it cannot be fixed, there will be no charge. When repaired the customer must pay any amount due before the board is returned. The customer understands that if parts are not available, the repair could take up to 10 days. Otherwise the board is generally repaired in a couple business days.

If the amount due is not paid within 45 days, then the board will be considered abandoned and become the property of Aberdeen Home Repair. All repaired boards carry a 1-year warranty (same as buying a new board). The warranty DOES include the entire board, not just the parts we replaced. If the board fails within 1 year, contact us. DO NOT SEND US BOARDS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY WATER OR FIRE. Water or fire also voids any warranty. Warranty does not include labor for installation or any service rendered other than the work performed in our shop. Warranty is void if repaired boards have been incorrectly installed or tampered with. We are not liable for any damages of any kind or type, especially those caused by a defective or incorrectly installed board. A qualified insured technician is highly recommended on all repairs.
