Re: underbelly insulation
Hi,
That would be a very valid concern. I think the better option and much cheaper would be to do as Mark has posted in an article in our Articles link. Others have done the same, but modified to fit their personal homes.

Re: Pro's and Con's of putting down a vapor barrier
Hi, I agree, although I am a huge advocate of a moisture barrior. To me there are no cons in putting down the plastic. The cost is cheap in comparison to moisture damage that not having one can cause. Greg is correct about a concrete pad..I know many years ago the state I previously lived in started ...

Hi Dean, Was wondering where you were. Ummm, seems you misspelled my name and forgot the pronunciation...that would be Yanita, or pronounced in the more traditional spelling Juanita. (smiling here.) So I take it your tobacco crop came out well? We don't hear from Audie as often as we used to..he did...

Re: Painting the walls
Hi,
You will need to cover the water stains with a Zinnzer primer. This is a water stain blocker. There are other brands avaialble as well. You do not need to wash the cileing with TSP. TSP helps degloss our shiny walls.
Good luck, Yanita
