Skunk under or in house

I am looking at buying a repo trailer. The problem is as soon as you walk in, there is an overwhelming skunk smell. I know I could probably find the skunk and remove it, but is there a way to get the smell out of the house. It would be a deal breaker if not. Please let me know what the process would be and about how much it would cost.

Ozone treatment is commonly used to permanently remove odors.
Check and see if there is a company in your area that provides this service.
