We just purchased our first MH (98' 16x72). My Insurance Company (Erie) will only cover the MH after it is moved and set.

How do I get Insurance Coverage from now...where the MH currently sits (60 miles from it's new home) and during the move in the next week or so?

Is there Insurance Companies that sell this type of short term coverage ???

Thanks,
-Scott

Hi

I'd make sure the mover/installer has insurance.

Until the move you might try Foremost.

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?

HI,

Like Harry said, the movers/installers are all suppose to have insurance on the home. Be sure to check for actual verification of this. Also your finance company might have something as well...

Check with your auto carrier they may insure it or reccomend one. Greg
