My kitchen countertop is in fairly good shape, but there is a missing piece of formica. Does anyone know how I would go about getting a replacement piece? Would I just take a sample in to Home Depot or some similar store?
Thanks!

You could. If you can't match it exactly, you may want to re cover the whole top.
A Formica / Wilsonart dealer (home store) will have hundreds of colors/patterns to choose from, but if you need more than an edge piece, you would probably have to buy a full sheet. Some places can sell smaller cuts, but most home stores will only sell 48x96 sheets. Pricey. You can overlay "formica" on top of "formica"
