Have a replumb coming up, probably will do pex manifold.
When running the pex up to connect to the supply line shut off valves, how do you guys do that so it doesn't look hokey? Do you brace in a short piece of copper for the valve, and run the pex underneath to that? Or something else? I have run pex up through the floor and crimped to the shutoff, but it's all floppy. What is a better way?

I really have not found a way that is 100% solid. It depends on how & where you a mounting the valve. It is usually a trial and error deal.

You could use something like this but this is 1/2" and you might need 3/4".

I like it. All lines will be 1/2.
