Gutter Installation

What would be the best way to install gutters on this roof? Will I have to remove the brown colored metal and attach some type of thin board to attach the hangers to? I have attached two pics showing the outside and one from the inside view. Thanks.

I would try to slip the new gutter under the trim gutter. that should lessen the chance for leaks.

Are the gutter hangers installed into the 1x4 boards at the top of the walls?

There should be something more substantial than a 1x4 at the top corner. That's where you will end up anchoring, or if you can find the top of a wall stud you could use that.
