The general rule is 1 sq ft of vent per 100sq ft of floor space, More if you are in a wet/damp area. Most here close them in cold weather. Mark has automatic closing vents in the site store. Greg

Hi,

Do yourself and your home a favor by installing a moisture barrior on the ground before you install the siding. The barrior is nothing more than 6 mil plastic laid on the ground going end to end, side to side under your home. Make sure the seams over lap at least 6 inches. We also tuck taped ours. This keeps any ground moisture that is evaporting under your home under the plastic so it does not wick up into your home.
