colemans delux blended air system

had a bad motor replaced it with new one runs fine won't shut off.
constant alarm on lower board.
fan switch won't shut fan off green light stays on.
ran test cycle runs fine except alarm stays on and motor never shuts down ,but all lights go off every 30 seconds.
if you silence alarm, damper motor does not work.
replaced both upper and lower board no changes.
went through trouble shooting guide and tells me to replace boards
again. any ideas

If the troubleshooting guide is followed and does not help any, time to call an hvac tech out to look at it.


The guide steps should lead to problem area.
