I added an additional 10 foundation vents in my foundation to the 6 that the installer had put in.my 52 x28 foundation. I also screen framed the crawl hole entrance like mark shows in his book. I was just under it and it was NEVER so dry since it had been put here. There isnt any moisture at all. I used the auto open close vents. My complaint is they arent made of metal or aluminum that rodents cant chew thru and they either dont open or dont close. I wouldnt buy anymore of them again. I wish I would have done this before my floors started waving.

I have 9 vents installed on a 26x50 block & concrete slab. Seems to be working well with this amount.

Hey Lefties,

Glad to hear from you!

Even better that you are finally getting dried up under there! Where you able to divert any ground water that is/was going under the home?

Sooo, when do you start the massive floor replacement job?

Keep us posted!
