Getting rid of mice(Noticed earleir post asking how)

I have found two methods that work real well here where I live out in country should work anywhere.

Method one is decon mouse bait in sheds and outbuildings but that only half of it, then you put a 3 pound coffee can with antifreeze on a shelf away from dogs and cats like in the rafters of a shed and a tape a stick as a ramp up the outside ,they eat the decon which makes them dehydrate (thats what it does) then they head for the antifreeze to drink but can't get out of the can once they fall in.Once in the can the first few drown quickly cause they can't get out and the rest die almost as fast from drinking a second deadly poison to try to satiate their thirst.
I know this works caught over 50 mice this way last two years in my pole sheds.

As for the house my wife puts a drier sheet in drawers they use to frequent in house , and I mixed clove and peppermint oil in with stuff I used to plug holes into house and put some along runs i've noticed and we have had exactly two in two years ,cats getting out of practice had to buy him a fake one to keep him tuned.
