Is there a reliable service directory available out there? Big problem finding people to work on plumbing and other aspects of mfg. home repair in my area.

And welcome to the site. To my knowledge there is no actual service directory other than your local yellow/white pages. We recommend that folks go to the Manager/Park offices in there area and inquire within for references. Others may have some other options, thoughts or suggestions.
