Hi,
Late this spring, I was gone for 3 days and we had a cold snap. Of course my bud was gone and no one was home to go flush or run the water/toilet for those 3 days. When I returned I found that my master bathroom drain line was frozen. I flushed the toilet and had some water come up around the floor bolts. When this happened we ended up getting heaters from a bud and threw them underneath and eventually it thawed out.
When I was under the trailer, I could see water dripping from belly. In the low spot of where the belly was sagging. I got told from a bud that had this happen years ago, to wait till summer and change the belly insulation in that area and any plastic piping that might have been cracked/damaged. He said if I waited too long it could become moldy and the job seemed to be not too hard. He had a contractor come in and do it, then he regrets not doing himself.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Any tips or advice?
Thank you!
