Hi, it's me again! Okay, my husband surprised me and decided the roofover would be a better option than the "pole barn" option. I've gotten a quote, which includes all materials and labor, of $4650. This is for a 1-foot overhang on the long sides and 6-inch overhang on each end, 3-inch foam insulation, 29 guage white steel roofing, and 3.5" wide painted fascia trim.

Does this sound like a good deal? We are clueless!!

Sounds like a fair price to me as they'll have about as much time into making your overhang/soffits look nice as they will have in putting the metal on the roof.
