shower part

Hello,

I need to find this part. it is the pipe that goes through the wallboard in a shower and connects to a shower head.

The piece similar to this that comes with shower faucet sets does not have the extra wide thread at the end that gets the supply line attached at the end, and a washer on the other side of the wall that
holds it snuggly to the wall. if I use the pipe out of the set, I have to caulk it in place.
