We have sheet linoleum in the kitchen that is "bubbling" - coming loose from the subfloor and forming unsightly bubbles throughout the floor. Is there a way to fix this without removing the linoleum? I don't know if it's glued to the floor uniformly or in select spots.
Anyone?

If there was once glue under the area, you may be able to reactivate it with heat. I've been able to use a syringe with needle and blow dryer before. I poked the needle into the bubble, then used the blow dryer all around the area as I pulled up on the plunger to suck the air out. I got it good and hot and then removed the needle. Then I piled on heavy stuff and left it for a few days.
