Coleman furnace 2960e766 ignition lockout

Hello,
I have a coleman furnace model 2960e766. I tried to turn on the furnace but with no luck. The smaller fan motor kicks on (not sure what it is called) and the control box clicks and then gives a single blink on the light which it states is an ignition lockout. The ignitor is not flame but uses a heating element. I believe that it has gone bad. Do you think this may be the problem? If so do you have an ignitor that would work? Thanks again for your help and time.

The ignitor does need to glow for a few seconds for the burner to light. If it's not glowing, it could be a faulty ignitor or not getting power.
