Re: Code enforcement ?

I was just wondering if that was common---I think they are just making sure work is being done in timely order---and they have been great--we have asked ?'s about things and they give great advice--I think they run into people that do not know what they are doing and try to keep a look out on all th...

Code enforcement ?

When you have a permit--does the code enforcement inspectors do drive bys and do drop in visits,unscheduled--is this how it works in other cities---I am not complaining and they are very nice and we explained that we live 3 hours away and work on the mh every weekend and 3 weeks of vacation so far a...

Re: Smell in flooring

Re: MH photos part 6--ceiling/roof/siding

We are not done--that is not dry wall in the ceiling--we have many rentals and we use trim where the seams are--much easier to repair if damaged--plus in a mh where the seams meet is usually a problem area--you will see how nice it will look when we are done--this one will be more custom due to it i...

Re: White metal roof

We just got done installing a metal roof---very easy and fast---our first time doing a metal roof- we did 2 roofs in less than 4 hours, including trim--in our area metal is going at 2.19 a liner foot---that is 3 ft wide---there are many colors to choose from--we got a tan and light gray--look for the...

Re: Dryer Vent Question

I have a gas dryer--love it,saves me $ 100 a month in electric---do not vent it under your home--it has to be directly vented---take the metal venting for the dryer directly up and out the roof--I think it has to go 2 ft above your ridge vent on the house--do this ASAP--you are getting CO2 directly ...
