DE-construct corner fireplace

The fireplace has fake boulders/rocks around it. I would like to get rid of them. I'm wondering if these are attached to a wooden board and then attached to a frame. I would like to remove the rock face and just put up a smooth surface/ Then again the claims adjuster is going to be his in a few hour...

Re: West Tennessee-re-level estimate...

Be sure they use a water level to check the level with. I hope so...I've lost on this. I'm assured that if they show up to do it and no water level...it's a no go. West Tennessee-re-level estimate...

IF nothing is "too bad" .... $450.00 seems like a lot to me....I remember my parents having their D/W re-leveled in S. California after earthquakes for $70.00.....That was 10 years ago.

Re: My Bathroom Reno Process

OH DC, I'm so sorry....here's an idea that might work for the door. Get the dimensions of your door and have Lowe's cut a piece of MDF the same size. Get some of the iron-on stripping that goes around the cut lines. Use your old door as a template to install your hinges to line-up with the cabinet. ...

NO VOC BONDING PRIMERS/PAINTS

I have been looking for no voc bonding primer and have found two. One made by California Paints, Grip Coat. The other made by XIM. Are any of the PRO's here familiar with these products? I must use NO VOC products because of my exotic pets. Thanks again!!

A laser level at night would also give you a rough idea. (reply to embagle's post)

JD, what kind of laser level? A search has brought up so many options....

Thanks

This is just so inviting! You did a beautiful job. What primer and paint did you use? What color is that? It looks very much like what we are trying to accomplish. Yes, I'd Love to see more pictures, also.

Which are VERY BIG ISSUE about VOCs and primer/paint/no perfumes/candles/Febreez is a KILLER! Teflon in cookware and hair dryers are fatal.... People don't like bei...
