You are supposed to have a gfci in your bathroom and kitchen. If you put the gfci at the closest point and branch the other outlets off of that one, it will trip the other outlets...never chain more than one...

Yea, I ran into the problem of when I stood in my shower for the first time the shower head was pointed at my chin...lol I raised it up 3 inches and added a double shower head. I bought a 5 piece shower insert and what walls are going to be exposed in the shower and the ceiling are going to be cover...

First off, make sure you do not place any heating element near the water damaged area to try and dry it out. This is a big mistake and will just cause mold. Place regular fans around the area and let them dry it out, this will also increase the chance of saving the floors...

I have a large deck with a roof over it. I am going to be enclosing it this summer and decided the best way would be to build the frame attached to the deck and not the trailer...then I would seal it against the MH with flexable caulk.

At my job we also do duct cleaning. A good air compesser hooked up to a forward sweep tool will blow everything out. We use a special vacuum for the job, but duct cleaners are everywhere and pretty cheap to hire. If I were you I would leave the main duct work were it is and cut and insert small exte...

LOL...yea, it's been a learning experience. Tomorrow the tub insert goes in, the rear of the M.H. is gonna get evened out the best I can, toilet gets moved over 1 1/2 feet and whatever else I have time for...
