JD, yes they are. That place is a 1995. Does have some work to do on exterior, but if we buy that one, we will be building on that side anyway. Damage off, new on! We always use the work lights when sanding. It really does make a big difference. Also it works well when painting at jobs, so you can see streaks and missed spots.
