You may have a restricted pilot orifice which is being snuffed out when the burner shuts off. Clean the orifice first and make sure the t couple is in the flame at least 3/4 inch.

Your blower motor is OK if you can put your hand on it for awhile. The air from the furnace blower has to pass thru the A coil in order to leave the furnace. Simple just start following the voltage feed back from the elements until you find the device that is not functional and blocking current flow.
