hi my friends i got a question, they told me that there's a paint sealant that i think its called blackjack ,but there are different kinds of that blackjack,can someone help me on which sealant coating i can use for my roof ? and its like a white paint,,thank you

What do you think if I apply ROOF-IT on top of my shingles? another one is WHITE ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATING.


Do you think is a good idea?

ok after laying the shingles what kind of shingle nails do i nail the shingle with and how much nailing do you actually do? im sorry but this is my first roof i will do and if it goes right i will owe it all to you guys......

ok how about if im appling that sealant and it starts raining ofcourse im gonna cover the roof with some kind of tarp but if the sealant gets wet will it still do its job?thanks guys

you know that happen to me not that long ago and it was that the shower head was unscrewed in between both sheetrock i had to replace 1 sheetrock but it was worth it because the whole sheetrock was full of mold due to the leak

ok the deal is that what i want to do is remove the shingels and see which wood is getting wet and if a plywood is getting wet remove and put a new one then after can i just put a good sealent then install the whole roof with new shingels?
