Re: Replaced Control Board Coleman DGAT075BDD; No Lights

We've checked and re-checked the connections. I can get the blower to run by switching connections. Still no LED. We are wondering if the transformer could be causing the problem. Is this possible?

Still no luck. Is there a diagram of the connections?
Thank you.

Replaced Control Board Coleman DGAT075BDD; No Lights

Hello--
We just replaced both limit switches and the control board; green light is not illuminated. Does anyone have any thoughts? The fuse is fine, and the blower works.

Thank you so much for your help.

Outdoor Wood-burning Furnace?

Are there OWB or add-on wood furnaces which can be used with existing ductwork? Most of the units we see are labeled not for use with manufactured housing. Why can most, if not all, outdoor wood-burning furnaces not be used with this type of home?

Outside Wood-Burning Furnace?

We know quite a few people in our area (northern Michigan) who heat their houses and hot water with an outside wood-burning furnace, and are more than satisfied with the results. Is this an option for manufactured housing?

Thank you.

Coleman DGAT075BDD Flashing Lights Diagnosis

Furnace cycles on and off; diagnostic light flashes 4 times. Cycles for about 45 minutes at a time before shutting off completely and needing to be re-set. After re-set, will run for about 45 minutes at a time again. Have replaced limit switch (part #7990-3591). Have cleaned blower assembly and othe...

Re: Removing Water-Damaged Subfloor

All of this makes sense. Thank you to all. JD--we like the idea of dropping in the plywood, rather than trying to shove the new subfloor under. Surprisingly, the room seems pretty square, but there will still be small gaps between the subfloor and the wall. What is the best way to handle the gaps?

Re: Removing Water-Damaged Subfloor

Thanks to both of you, Greg and Psaltee, for the tips and encouragement. How far back under the sill plate would you suggest we remove the subfloor? This is indeed the tricky, slow part of the job.

Removing Water-Damaged Subfloor

Does anyone have tips/tricks/hints for removing bathroom subfloor (MDF, of course) from under sill plate in order to install new?

Thank you very much.

Re: Coleman DGAT075BDD Four Flashing Lights

Four Flashes is a limit switch cycling. You will need to first determine which limit is kicking out and then determine why. Hi, Robert- How do we determine which limit is kicking out? And then will that help us determine the "why"? Can the limit switch be temporarily bypassed to warm the ...

Replacement Doors for Martin Fireplace Model SCF36M or MB

Hi-- The Martin Fireplace company has been out of business for several years--problem is, the doors to our fireplace has broken, and this time, in a way that they're not fixable (believe me, we've limped along with them for a long time). As the fireplace itself is quite . . . basic, we'd like to rep...

Re: Coleman DGAT075BDD Four Flashing Lights

Hi, Robert-- I think ordering a manual for our furnace would be a good idea, so that we're sure to do correctly the things you suggest. I had trouble registering before I could order the manual, as an e-mail never came so that I could order. And today, I can't seem to find the web page that the manu...

Coleman DGAT075BDD Four Flashing Lights

Furnace is not keeping up, will only get to 61 degrees or so--this is a new problem; we've been able to keep warm in past years. Any thoughts?
Thank you.
