Re: Heating after fan stops running
I solved the problem by adding a Off-Delay Timer and doing away with the heating relay that I setup to replace the 4-7 Control Board. The timer is adjustable for the amount of time to allow the fan to run, I set it at alittle over 2 minutes. This gives the elements a chance to cool down before the f...

Heating after fan stops running
I have finally gotten my Nordyne E1EHA-015 re-wired, it helped when I found the wiring diagram for the 4 to 7 Control Box. Now since I replaced the control box with relays here is the problem that I have run into, when the heat signal (24V) is stopped the fan turns off but the elements are still on ...

New post still problems
I have written before about my E1H1-015A Nordyne. About the wiring problems with it. Well I was finally able to get the heater control (sequencers and timers) re-wired. Now the Elements will come on and after a few minutes they will turn off, (like they should). The fan will not run at any time, jus...

Re: Major problems with E1EH1-015A
:( Well I went back into heater today, I guess just to try and figure things out. Tech had the following wires hooked up to contactor, (if it works pic will be attached). On the Control side of the contactor there are four terminals (no markings). One goes to the G terminal on the control board ( wh...

Re: Major problems with E1EH1-015A
Well I found a couple of wiring diagrams and by following them I got most of the wires back in the right places, (even the ones the tech incorrectly installed). After puting the right I can get the top element to come on but no fan. As you can see by my next post another tech installed a contactor t...

Blower Questions E1EH1-015A
 HVAC repairman replaced blower on unit ($375.00), but could not get it to work, so 2nd service man called in. 2nd Repairman, said problems must be in control board, so he installed a fan contactor and set up the motor on high speed. Which is okay for cooling, but motor is supposed to run on ...

Major problems with E1EH1-015A
:( A couple of months ago on a cool morning I turned on my heater, and noticed a burning smell. I opened the top access panel and could see flames on the top element. I called a HVAC repair man who told me that he could stop by in a couple of days. To make a long story short since I needed air more ...
