It very odd. Because both circuits work the tank. I am going to go up there today, and disconnect each one, and see if they work seperately. Might be a bad panel. If so, I guess I will change it.

I used to install water softners for a living, many years ago. And they sale them at lowes now, I think. They really do help for that issue.

Sounds like a pan. I saw them tonight at Lowes. It is a round pan, with a hole on the side, or bottom. Like a big cake pan, but about 26 inches round. Right?
