Strange wet spot....

I am seeing a damp wet spot on my osb floor in my bedroom. There is no carpet in there, since we bought it. I noticed it when we bought it, but thought it was a stain. I was up working on the house yesterday, and bent down, and touched it, and it is damp, and slightly mushy. About 7 inches round. No...

Re: RE: replacing a water heater

The MH electric waterheaters have side inlet and outlet. Follow Gregs advice above on wiring. I noticed mine were on the side. Now I know why. I know in my house I am in now, there on the top. I didn't know they were different in Mh's. Here's a photo of MH electric one, with side inelt and outlet. ...

I am also getting out of my 2 story house. Hopefully in about 30 days, as soon as I have my MH ready. I am feeling the same way. But my overhead is too high on the house, and it needs way too much money put into it. And of course, my neighborhood went to crap. I know I am learning a lot from this bo...

This one may be factory. I am not sure honestly. I guess photos won't help?
I will have a pro look at it before lighting. But they seemed to keep it someone cleaned up.
I know some came with fireplaces, and then some folks added them. I don't have any info on this one. I wished I did.

Thanks very much. I truly appreciate it. I am going to have it looked at for sure. Actually I am right off of route 51, you may not be that far from me...LOL I see they were using it that way, but I won't until I am sure it is safe. It has a stainless type of chimney? I am not sure, but it is a meta...

Oh great. I was thinking just fix the cracks, since they were so slight., and light it up. But I don't want to light up the whole house.

It very odd. Because both circuits work the tank. I am going to go up there today, and disconnect each one, and see if they work seperately. Might be a bad panel. If so, I guess I will change it.

I know no one likes electrical questions. But I have to ask this. We stopped up the house tonight. And since we have been working there, but not living there yet, I have kept the hot water tank turned off. I did turn it on for one day, t make sure it worked. And then turned the breaker off to it, &q...

RE: Water Softeners

I used to install water softners for a living, many years ago. And they sale them at lowes now, I think. They really do help for that issue.

Sounds like a pan. I saw them tonight at Lowes. It is a round pan, with a hole on the side, or bottom. Like a big cake pan, but about 26 inches round. Right?
Thats in case of a leak.
