I never saw whats above the ceiling in a mobile home.
I have a 2000 single wide.
I know there is blown insulation but whats after that ? Would ya just see the metal roofing.
Are the ceiling joists metal or wood. Could it be opened up and have a cathedral ceiling ??

Mine has wood trusses, a layer of blown in and then fiberglass. As for a Cathedral ceiling , that would require dropping the ceiling, reworking the trusses and then putting the insulation back up. If you have a flat of dome roof you would not have the room.
