i have nordyne model# e2eb-012hb electric furnace with miller model# t3qa-036ka heat pump
outside condenser & with evaporator coil out of mobile home. can i use it in a conventional home.

I see no reason the you could not use that in a conventional house. BUT you cannot put a conventional residential gas furnace in a manufactured/mobile home, unless it is a high efficiency unit that gets it's combustion air from outside the living space.
