Can someone tell Me if none, or some, or most of the Mobile homes in Monmouth County, NJ, have Central Air Conditioning?

If so, generally, what is the price range where a manufactured home would include Central Air Conditioning?

Thanks a lot, as I'm considering buying one that's already owned, but the ones I've looked at online don't specify.

Hi & welcome. Mobile homes are much like autos, there is a base model and then you start adding options. A/C is an option just like many cars, so it's anybodies guess if it's there or not until you look at it.

If you are talking a new home, there are literally PAGES of options/upgrades available when you have a home built for you, Dealers try to order stock homes that have the most common options.
