Drain Leaking Inside Interior

I recently bought a foreclosed 1997 mobile home. In that it was a foreclosure, inspection was minimal. After the purchase and the power was turned on, I was relieved to find that the AC only had a small leak which was easily repaired. The HVAC repairman told my handyman that the drain on the inside unit was clogged and was spewing water on the inside of an interior wall. The handyman find a place in the wall which is moist. I figured that the HVAC guy would have repaired it. Oh well. Any advice on how I can DIY the problem?

Hi, BB
I am not sure how to handle this question, so i will start with a few questions of my own. First do you know the model number of the furnace? Can you see where the drain come out of the coil? Can you see the drain line, Does the drain line go in to the wall or just down the side of the furnace. Is the drain line line a garden hose (or some type of rubber hose) or is it pvc? I hope you can answer the questions that way we can get your problem fix.
Thanks
Bill
