What do I have?
NorDyne E2Eb-020HB 3 stage tied to a Coleman BRCQ0481BD
I bought a new thermostat, Honeywell programmable.
What I am wondering is...
Is this a "heat pump" unit (whatever that is)
Does it have an auxiliary unit? (or something like that)
What choices should I make when wiring the new thermostat to make sure I have it right?
What kind of unit (in lay-mans terms) do I have? Whats the lingo/nomenclature/term for it?
What do I have?
Hi,
1- No
2- No
3- Hook it up same as old. Red/RH, Yellow/Y, Green/G and White/W . Will need to be battery operated or will need a 5th common wire from transformer to thermostat C terminal.
4- You have a 4 ton / 10 SEER split air conditioning condensing unit and an Electric Furnace indoors with an a/c A-Coil on top.

Thanks,
Robert
