Coleman Presidential cycling on and off

We have a Coleman Presidential II model #7663B856. In the last few days we have replaces the blower motor ( the bearings were bad in the old one) and the wall thermostat. The furnace now comes on and blows out a bit a warm air however it comes on and only stays on for about a min. than shuts off and with in about 3-5 min it turns back on and does the same thing. I am not sure what to check next any help would be great.
