Hi & welcome, Energy upgrades are usually well worth it. Window upgrades, the standard "Trailer" windows are just plane junk if you live in an area that has cold weather.

Remember to get ALL names, promises and agreements in writing. you may also want to take pictures before & after delivery (unless it is already set in place) That will hep document any possible damages during delivery & set up. Many times there are no problems, but if there is this will help.

Don't be afraid to use Google, Google the dealer, Google the manufacturer, find out as much as you can, both good & bad. Greg

thanks Greg. it has everything we want in a home. 8' ceilings 1/2" floated sheetrock, 2x6 outer walls. we have looked all over an this sems to be the nicest in our price range
