I have a dgat075bdf split unit.
the blower turned on yesterday for no apparent reason. T stat is off. I disconnected white and green wires at t-stat and no change. I switched unit off on the furnance control box and back on. The led was solid green and the blower comes back on. When it trys to turn it self off, the led flashes 6 times blower keeps running. I removed the green and white wire on control panel . All seems to be fine now, led is solid green again. I do hear a slight hum from the transformer. Any ideas?? Should I expect arepair soon? What parts?

Hi,

What does your diagnostic code list say for 6 flashes ? The blower often comes on when there is a problem detected.

May be a good time to have an hvac tech come look at it before winter sets in.

Thanks,
Robert
