JD, I went "downstairs this morning with the intent of taking a picture of a "Northeast underbelly". As I was getting ready to take the picture, a drop of water came through.

3 slices (of a previously pristine underbelly) later I found a split drain pipe from the master bath.

So, 3 hours later a trip to the hardware store (I know I have some 1 1/2" fittings SOMEWARE) and recutting the hole to where it should have been later I finally got things done, just have to wait for things to dry out some before taping up the belly.

Sucks to be you huh? Good thing you went to get that pic, as we all know it could and would of gotten much worse.

Must be your "Honey do list was to short, crawling underneath for nothing more than a pic. Maybe I better give Sandy a call, LOL.
