Electric Furnace wont turn off

I have an International Comfort Products Corportation furnace. I have cleaned the thermostat and turned off the main power. It still continues to run. Please help

Probably a stuck sequencer or contactor whichever it has, they control the elements and blower.

Do you know where I can get drawings for an International Comfort Products furnace?
