Coleman Evcon

Hello, MY name is Bryan, Need some help with a Coleman Evcon, (model DGAT075BDD), Seems to have been some moisture has gotten in behind the cover plate to the main control board, some corrosion on the board itself, so therefore there is no green light to signal power, and of course no code from the board, BUT the Draft motor is running at all times, even on a call for cool,,, possible bad board and bad draft motor? with the T'STAT placed in the on position the main blower fan will come on!! PLEASE HELP!!! SKINUT2
