i have a furnace problem. everything woks fine but it seems the gas isnt pushing through like it should. last year i had a furnace guy come out and he told my wife it was a spider web in the filter. how do i remove it? the furnace starts, but the flame is very weak. the blower kicks on and off too fast. its not getting enough gas to realy heat up. please help. thanks
