miller gas furnace

I have an older miller gas furnace(MMKAHA-056-AAHR-05) with blower problems. Just put in new fan motor, everything works fine, burner starts, blower starts in about 1 minute,runs for 30 seconds and shuts off and then re-starts. It just keeps doing this.

Is that furnace model actually MMHA ? Probably a Fan Switch.
