Ducts barely blowing - what to check first?

Hello,
My home is a double wide and the ducts located in the home's half where the gas furnace is located are blowing air just fine. The ducts located in the home's other half, however, are just barely blowing any air. Would the crossover duct be the first thing to check for a problem? What would be the second and third likely issue to check for if the crossover duct is not the problem?
Thanks for any input anyone can share! The home is a 2001 model and I have lived in it for 10 years. The problem already existed when I moved in... with heating costs going up I feel I should finally try to figure out what the problem is I'm having the furnace regularly serviced and it is working as intended, so the issue clearly must be with the duct work.
