Ceiling repair and a few other questions

So we took a good amount of damage from Hurricane Ida and are in the process of doing some repairs.

We have a 2012 mobile home which has vinyl siding and shingle roof.

I have a few places on my ceiling with mold and need to repair them, it seems as though the ceiling boards are glued to plywood, anyone have any experience in removing and replacing them?

I am also looking for jnterior wall panels the VOG type. Anyone know where I could possibly order these from.
