Looking for advice

I have purchased a new, single wide mobile home 2 years ago. It arrived to us in a damaged condition which is going to take some extensive repairs to bring it to where it should be. I have not filed suit yet for breach of warranty but am working with an attorney trying to get a settlement on repairs to avoid a suit.

What I need is for a general repair company to come and give me a quote on what the repairs will cost. I have all the damages documented by an independent home inspection specialist which should help in determining just what needs to be done.

Can anyone here offer some guidance, or names of companies that do this type of work?
