how do I replace a front door with built in storm door?

Looking for advice how I replace the front door with storm door that is one piece. I believe they call it a wrap around door. Some of the floor around the entrance is weak too. How do I fix that also? I am just not very knowledgeable with major home repairs or carpentry.
