Hi Steven,
I went out of state for Christmas. This combined with businesses (distributiors) closing and the backlog that
comes along with that, I'm playing catch up.
If you go to the website, look in top toolbar and click "HVAC", then click "Articles" once there, you'll see an Article on cleaning Blower Motor.
It is a step by step article on removing and reinstalling the Blower with pics.
If it's the motor itself or the brackets, this will have to be done in order to repair.
It shouldn't be run until repaired as more damage could occur.
What you described could be a broken or loose mounting bracket and this is why I need to know if the bracket is ok.
Disconnect the wires at connector plug, remove a few screws and slide the Housing out should be enough to see the brackets.
Trying to keep you from buying an unneeded part.
Will try to get as much info as possible tomorrow, but it really needs to be looked at.
Take care and best wishes,
Robert
