We purchased a used DW 2002 Astro on a block foundation that has a Coleman propane fireplace insert with ceramic logs. This fireplace has a flue. Should we have the flue open when the fireplace is on and does anyone have any thoughts about these units.
Thank you

Hi 186sunset,
Anytime you use any type of fireplace, you want the flue open for sure! If you're using a gas fireplace, you might want to have it inspected... and for sure, you want a carbon monoxide detector!
Just remember, safety first!
