In our guest bathroom, we discovered the ceiling had a wet spot and assumed it was a leak from the roof. We cut out the damp ceiling bit and patched it over and called the roofer that installed our roof. They came out twice, checking under panels and even replacing bits just to be sure, but they claimed there was no leak on the roof and that everything underneath was completely dry. It's raining again and the leak on the ceiling has returned in exactly the same place. What could it be if it isn't the roof and who should I contact about fixing it?
Ceiling leak, but not a roof leak?
