I have spots that are high traffic areas that are developing squeaks pretty bad. Popping sounds as well. Is it possible that my joists could have bowed? I know my floor is just nailed down. What are some ways to figure this out and fix it?

Could be bowed floor joist or or nails have pulled loose. Some times you can sink a screw to stop it depending on location and flooring type.
