Hi,
What do you guys use to clean the exterior of your place before painting, TSP?
Some of the paint is chalky.

My plan:
Replace rusted siding screws pull screw, (hit area with Scotch Brite pad, replace screw - thinking of using *8X1" SS to ensure a bite in the wood)
Spray TSP/Simple Green solution solution with a garden sprayer
Scrub with brush on an extension pole and spray/rinse with a cheap, Kracher 1800 PSI electric pressure washer I have (has a dispenser hose so I could add more solution)
Rinse with the water hose

I don't want to paint the place twice so I plan to use some type of paint with primer in it.

What do you think?

TIA

Sounds about right to me, but you may want to check with the paint store when you buy your paint.
