I have noticed that the skirting around my mobile home (one side in particular) is bowing out. How do I know if it needs to be re-leveled? I spoke with a reputable company that gave me a bid of $400 to relevel it. It's a 16x56. Is this a good price? One last question. How important is it to have it releveled if there are no issues. (No doors or windows sticking, etc.) I bought it new from the dealer 4 years ago. Thanks.

If you are in a region that has frost in the ground I would not worry too much, it is most likely frost heave. It my just be under the skirting pushing that and not the home. I would let things warm & dry out and see what happens. If there is still an issue climb under with a water level and do some checking.
