So the low corner must have been twisting the top away at the other end. You are right, as long as you are in this deep relevel the whole thing and recheck it. I found that for some reason readings may change once you start releveling.

About to give up

On the side where i had the split in now

Left corner Center. Right corner
+1. 0. O

I got the rest of the structure about 3/4 inch variance
Need to fine tune front door

And I still have a about an inch gap on top
The gasket isn't touching both sides

I give up!! As I lift corners the middle is coming up.
Does anybody know if there is a allowable variance
On the side wall and roof gap?
Should stud on the roof and on walls be touching
Also I am noticing that the gasket is uneven
How is it attached to Both sides ?
I am going to stuff pipe insulation down the roof gap
and close up roof. And us foam insulation on side wall
I give up!!!!

That would be about right, 3/4 low on a bottom corner would kick the roof line about the same or more depending on the height. There may be multiple bolts holding the two halves together that could cause the situation you have.

about all I can say is to keep at it, you should be able to get everything within 1/4".

So pulled up 20ft of roof cap. Only found 2 lag bolts at the very end

Both are stripped out

Nothing else within than 20 ft

Surely that's not right. Right?

Had I close up shop. Out of daylight and it's going to rain next couple days.

Figure I need another 1/4 to make gasket touch other stud

Super glue & duct tape?? To me it sounds strange that there would only be 2 bolts.

i looked up mobile home code

says that (4) Multiple section homes shall be mechanically fastened every twenty-four inches at the bottom, end
walls, and roof. A minimum thirty-gauge, eight-inch-wide, galvanized strip shall be centered over the
peak and fastened with galvanized roofing nails at two inches on center at both sides of center line.

which means that this out of code

calling them tomorrow to set up an inspection

its been 6 months since installation hopefully thats not too long
